Welcome to “Minhas Technical Apparel Factory Pk” referred as MTAFPK (“Site”), the place to purchase MTAFPK wear & gear both custom branded & unbranded (each item, a “Product”).

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) will apply to any purchases of Product you make on the Site.

MTAFPK maintains this site for information, education, e-commerce, and communication purposes. Anyone who browses this site may not distribute or transmit (except, within your business or organization), modify, reuse, report, or use the contents of this site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, and images without our express written consent. The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors to or users of this web site. By accessing this web site, the user acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions. MTAFPK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. We Strictly prohibit use of any copycat & replica.

MTAFPK is not responsible for the content of any site linked to or from this site. Your linking to any other site is entirely at your own risk. MTAFPK disclaims all warranties, express and implied, as to the accuracy, validity, and legality or otherwise of any materials or information contained on such sites.

6. Exchanges & Returns

We work hard to ensure that our Products are made with top quality materials and are shipped on time and accurately. We accept exchanges ONLY for the following reasons:

• The Product itself is flawed.
• Product construction different from approved mockup.
• The quality of the printing is poor.
• The final Product is materially different from the Product presented on the Site / agreed.
• An issue appeared like fading / or in stitching which was not communicated earlier before manufacturing.
• Wrong sizes sent.
• Custom Made products are not exchangeable but cost adjustable on next order (negotiable)

 7. Refunds

When making a return, please ensure the following:

• Your items have not been altered in any way.  This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating.  Altered items will not be accepted.
• Your return is postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.  Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.

• Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.
• As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.
• Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
• Small Cart Fee will not be refunded.
• Most refunds are issued within 15-25 business days.

8. Third Party Service Providers

Please note that we use a third-party service provider, Aramex, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Skynet, DPD, USPS etc. for shipping & handling of products. All Carton, & Shipping policies of that company will apply.

If there are unusual delays due to shipping company, we are not responsible for that. We commit time based on their reply.

9. Payment

MTAFPK is lot more careful in Customer & Own Funds Safety. Therefore, we always prefer Secure Payment channels.

Payment Methods Available are

1.)  Wire Transfer (T/T) Company Bank Account Pakistan (preferred)

2.) Wire Transfer (T/T) Company Account USA / UK (service available for only few customer)

3.) PayPal / Credit Debit Card (service provided by 2CO)

4.) Western Union (only for small payment below $ 100) if approved by our Finance Department.
